Vindea Oy joins forces with HSG Logistics Oy

Vindea Oy, a subsidiary of Panostaja Oyj, joins forces with HSG Logistics Oy with deal made on 2.5.2012. With this transaction, a new leading entity providing logistics services, machinery logistics and industrial packing for technology industry arises to Finland. The new entity is part of Panostaja Group.
Vindea is an expert of value-added logistics, who provides material procurement, warehousing, inspection, operational logistics and packaging services for leading corporations of mechanical engineering industry in Finland.
HSG Logistics is a market leader of logistics services for technology industry in Finland. The company provides material flow management and related information flow management services, packaging services and process related procurement management.
The new entity becomes a market leader of value-added logistics in Finland. The service portfolios of Vindea and HSG Logistics supplement and back up each other well, which enables wider range and more efficient services for current as well as for future customers.
